The vision of North Central is Godward, not man-centered. Because of this deep-rooted conviction, our purpose is to glorify God in all things. Colossians 3:23 says, “And whatsoever ye do, do it heartily, as to the Lord, and not unto men.” Therefore, we strive to please God in our worship, our service, and our lives. However, this desire to please God also manifests itself in how we treat those around us. Galatians 5:14 says, “For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.” As we glorify God, we also purposely reach out to our community with the saving Gospel of Christ, disciple new converts, and build families through sound preaching and teaching.

Bio
The Avery’s moved to Utah in January of 2019 when Ben answered the call to become the Pastor of North Central. Prior to the move, the Avery family served in ministry in North Carolina for almost 4 years. He and his wife, Rachel, have enjoyed seven years of marriage and ministry together, while raising four children—Carson, Ruby, Weston, and Ivy.
